MasRubió is a 17th century Catalan farmhouse - known as a ‘masia’. Situated in la Vall d’en Bas (Garrotxa), and surrounded by woods and farmland, on the feet of the Puigsacalm mountain. Gemma and Santi open the doors of Mas Rubió to show you how the people from the Valley live.

La Vall d’en Bas is equally one of the most beautiful and agriculturally productive valleys in Catalunya.
As farmers, most of the products we serve are home-grown in our vegetable garden.
Mas Rubió is well communicated. In our immediate surrounding we can find the Puigsacalm peak, la Fageda d’en Jordà ancient beech forest, la Garrotxa’s Volcanic Zone Natural Park, amongst many other cultural and natural assets. In an hour’s drive-away we can visit the Pyrenees, the Costa Brava or Barcelona.
